Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 27, 2026

Nonnie Group LLC (“Nonnie Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit nonniegroup.com (the “Site”) or contact us about real estate or business advisory services, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property preferences, budget, and any message or details you submit through contact forms, property search registration, newsletter sign-ups, consultation or showing requests, or by calling, texting, or emailing us.

Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, date and time of visit, approximate location, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies.

Property search activity. If you register or sign in to search listings, we may record the searches you run, properties you view or save, and the contact information you provide.

Information from third parties. Listing and MLS/IDX data providers, advertising and analytics partners, lead sources, and publicly available sources.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide real estate, advisory, and related services.
  • To provide property search, saved searches, and listing alerts.
  • To send updates, market information, and marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to analyze usage.
  • To measure and personalize advertising.
  • To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie preferences banner. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality. Where required by law, we honor browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting; because there is no uniform standard, the Site does not respond to those signals.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with: (a) service providers that help us run the Site, send communications, host data, and provide analytics, marketing, and CRM tools, under obligations to protect it; (b) licensed real estate professionals, brokerages, lenders, title and escrow companies, inspectors, and other parties involved in a transaction you ask us to pursue; (c) advertising and analytics partners, where permitted by law and your choices; (d) authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety; and (e) a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.

5. Text Messages and Calls

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may call or text you about your inquiry, services, and offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Email Marketing

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We may still send transactional or service messages.
