Listing information, including prices, availability, square footage, lot size, photos, and features, is provided by third parties and is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Information may be outdated, incomplete, or changed without notice. You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; scrape, crawl, or harvest data by automated means; attempt to gain unauthorized access or interfere with the Site’s security or operation; introduce malware; submit false or misleading information; or use the Site to harass or harm others or to send unsolicited commercial messages.

6. Intellectual Property

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

15. Changes and Termination

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised Effective Date, and continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or restrict access at any time without notice.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
